Do I need a visa to travel to Poland and the Czech Republic?
Americans, Canadians and citizens of most western countries need just a passport to come to Israel: no visa is required. Your passport must be valid for at least three months from the date you enter the country. For more information and a list of countries that do not need a visa, click here.

What are the age demographics of the group?
Our previous trips ranged in ages 25-60, with people from across the USA, Canada, Australia and all around the world.  We also have a diverse group of singles and couples!

Is this trip just for Jews?
Nope.  While our Hebro nightlife events target gay Jewish men in NYC, our destination trips attract Jews and non-Jews alike.  As a Jewish "company" with a speciality in areas that are of interest to our history, people from all faiths (and non-faiths) appreciate our itinerary, due to its diversity.  We will visit secular, Christian, Jewish and the top local sites.

Is this trip just for gay men?
All are welcome, but Hebro markets to gay men.

Will this trip be a very heavy trip? Will we be sad the whole time?
As this is a first-of-its kind trip — a gay Jewish trip to Poland and Prague — there will be times when the trip hits some serious notes.  Unlike other Jewish tours to the region that visit many concentration camps, we will be visiting one in Poland (Auschwitz-Birkenau for half a day) and one near Prague (Terezin for half a day).  Our focus of the trip will be cultural and learning about the celebration of life before the Holocaust and how it's been re-established today.  Many interested people have been asking about the "mood" of the trip, and our hope is to create an itinerary where we can understand the atrocities of our past and celebrate our present and future.  We believe that we can portray and even balance on this unique trip and provide participants with an itinerary that is celebratory at most times and serious at a few of those moments.  With the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz, many world leaders are heading to the region this year to commemorate this moment.
Once we arrive in Prague, the mood of our trip will certainly change and lighten up as we prepare for a weekend of Pride celebrations.

What flights do I need to take?
The pricing of our itineraries do not include international flights.  However, included in the price is a one-way ticket on Czech Airlines between Warsaw and Prague (on Wed, August 12).  You must fly into Krakow (KRK) on August 8 and fly out of Prague (PRG) International airport (Vaclav Havel Airport) anytime on on August 16.
